catalog_fetched → catalog_signature_verified → manifest_verified (or manifest_unverified under the integrity policy) → card_digest_verified → card_signature_verified → peer_verified, then the A2A SDK request and response. A refusal shows the failing step and its code (for example card_digest_mismatch, untrusted_guarantor, caller_key_mismatch). "Run the lab" verifies every scenario catalog once and shows its trace here.
