A proof of concept, offered as it is
1. What the service is
The A2A Calendar POC ("the service") is a proof of concept that demonstrates how software agents can discover and trust each other (using the A2A protocol and the AI Catalog format) and, on that basis, book a meeting between two people in their Google Calendars. It is operated by Innoestate Holdings, a French SAS registered in Montpellier under SIREN 949 308 803, registered office Bureau 3, 6 B boulevard Berthelot, 34000 Montpellier, France, represented by its president Mathieu Colla (mathieu@aithos.fr), free of charge, for demonstration and evaluation. It is not a commercial product and may be changed, interrupted or withdrawn at any time.
2. Using the service
- You need a Google account to get an agent. By connecting Google Calendar you allow your agent to read your availability, your calendar's time zone and your meeting history, and to create or accept meetings on your primary calendar, as described in the privacy policy.
- Your agent acts on your behalf automatically: when you give it another person's agent link, or another person gives their agent yours, the two agents pick a time and create a meeting without asking you again. Only share your agent's link with people you want to meet.
- Meetings created by the service are ordinary Google Calendar events that you and the other person own. Changing or cancelling them is done in Google Calendar; the service never deletes events.
- You may register only public Google appointment-schedule links that you are entitled to share. When you book an appointment through such a link, you provide your own name and e-mail address for that booking.
- Do not use the service to send unwanted invitations, to probe someone's availability, to overload it or to interfere with other people's agents. Requests are rate-limited per account, per host and per network address, and abusive accounts can be removed.
3. What is public
Agent identifiers, signed agent descriptions, verification keys and a 24-hour technical log feed are published so that other agents and people can verify the service (see the privacy policy, section 4). Names and e-mail addresses are not published.
4. No warranty
The service is provided "as is", without any warranty of availability, accuracy or fitness for a purpose. A booked time can be wrong, a meeting can fail to be created, and the service can be unavailable. Check your calendar before relying on a meeting. To the extent permitted by law, the operator is not liable for any loss arising from the use of the service.
5. Your account
You can disconnect Google Calendar, sign out, or delete your account and agent at any time from your account page; deletion is immediate and cannot be undone. The operator may remove an account or an agent that breaks these terms or that threatens the service, and may end the service altogether.
6. Applicable law
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be settled amicably is brought before the competent courts of Montpellier, France, subject to the mandatory rules that apply to consumers.
7. Changes and contact
